About Solutions Architect:
Solutions Architect is a key player in Upstage Japan’s expansion strategy, leading end-to-end technology partnerships to enable enterprises across industries to apply GenAI technologies to real-world business.
As a Solutions Architect, you will provide advanced technology reviews and customized solutions to local customers and partners based on a deep understanding of Upstage’s GenAI offerings in Japan. You’ll collaborate with the global product and sales teams, as well as local partners and enterprise customers, to identify the technical requirements of customers in Japan, and identify project opportunities that align with the customer’s direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop prototypes for demos and PoCs based on real use cases (productization review)
- Technical requirements analysis and solution consulting for local clients
- Hands-on collaboration for technical integration and performance optimization with partner systems
- Write technical documentation, develop training materials, and conduct technical workshops for customers and partners

Minimum Qualifications:
