About Solutions Architect:

Solutions Architect is a key player in Upstage Japan’s expansion strategy, leading end-to-end technology partnerships to enable enterprises across industries to apply GenAI technologies to real-world business.

As a Solutions Architect, you will provide advanced technology reviews and customized solutions to local customers and partners based on a deep understanding of Upstage’s GenAI offerings in Japan. You’ll collaborate with the global product and sales teams, as well as local partners and enterprise customers, to identify the technical requirements of customers in Japan, and identify project opportunities that align with the customer’s direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop prototypes for demos and PoCs based on real use cases (productization review)

• Technical requirements analysis and solution consulting for local clients

• Hands-on collaboration for technical integration and performance optimization with partner systems

• Write technical documentation, develop training materials, and conduct technical workshops for customers and partners

• Analysis and internal dissemination of the latest technology trends related to GenAI and cloud

ソリューションアーキテクトについて：

ソリューションアーキテクトは、Upstage Japan の拡大戦略における重要な役割を担います。エンドツーエンドの技術パートナーシップを主導して、多様な業界の企業が GenAI テクノロジーを実際のビジネスに適用することを可能にします。

ソリューションアーキテクトとして、UpstageのGenAIソリューションに関する深い理解に基づき、高度な技術レビューとカスタマイズされたソリューションを、日本のお客様やパートナーに提供します。グローバルチーム（プロダクト、セールス等）、そして日本のパートナーや法人顧客と連携し、日本市場における顧客の技術ニーズを特定し、その方向性に沿ったプロジェクト機会を発掘します。

主な職務：

• 実際のユースケースに基づいたデモおよびPoC用のプロトタイプの設計や開発（製品化レビュー）を行う。

• 日本顧客向けに、技術要件分析及びソリューションコンサルティングを提供する。

• パートナーシステムとの技術統合及びパフォーマンス最適化のための実践的なコラボレーションを牽引する。

• 顧客及びパートナー向けの技術文書の作成、トレーニング資料の開発、技術ワークショップの開催等。

• GenAI及びクラウドに関連する最新の技術トレンドの分析と社内への情報発信を行う。

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, AI, Engineering, etc. or equivalent practical experience, such as in cloud-based AI/ML architecture or solution engineering

• Those who have experience with projects in major cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, and Azure

• Someone who is open to working with diverse teams and learning quickly.

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English

必須要件: 

• コンピュータサイエンス、AI、エンジニアリングなどの関連分野の学士号、または同等の実務経験（クラウド型AI/ML設計、ソリューションエンジニアリング等に携わった経験）

• AWS、GCP、Azureなどの主要なクラウド環境におけるプロジェクト経験

• 多様なチーム員と協力することに積極的で、迅速に学ぶ意欲のある方

• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル以上

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product architecture design and technical consulting for enterprise customers

• Experience in designing and building GenAI-based architecture

• Experience using major machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch

• Experience in writing technical documentation and conducting presentations to clients
