About Solutions Architect Lead:
As a Solutions Architect Lead, you will lead the architecture, implementation, and scale-up of Upstage’s GenAI offerings in Japan. You’ll collaborate with the global product and sales teams, as well as local partners and enterprise customers, to deliver impactful LLM, Document AI, and RAG-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement GenAI architectures using Upstage’s LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Document AI APIs
- Lead PoCs including fine-tuning, vector DB integration, OCR pipelines, and secure API deployment
- Guide SI/ISV/distributor partners through onboarding, training, and solution co-design
- Translate customer needs into scalable architecture patterns with the global product and sales teams
- Act as Japan’s technical voice in global product and engineering discussions
- Represent Upstage at customer briefings, industry events, and technical workshops

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of experience in cloud-based AI/ML architecture or solution engineering
- Customer-facing experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, inference optimization)

- Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch (TensorFlow optional)
