About Education Program Manager:

Upstage is looking for a motivated talent to expand our education initiatives in the Japanese market. As an Education Program Manager, your role will  

• Manage the overall education program of Upstage in Japan 

• Lead various projects to provide a better learning experience to learners in Japan 

• Maximize the effectiveness of education through education program planning and operation, performance analysis

• Drive innovation in the learning environment by advancing the platform, organizing AI hackathons and workshops, and managing an excellent talent pool.l

• Implement education program promotion strategies and growth marketing campaigns to convey the value of AI technology to a broader audience and drive user acquisition

• Communicate and mediate between various stakeholders and decision makers, including partners/clients

• Build and engage a developer community by planning developer relations activities and fostering active interaction

• 日本におけるUpstageの教育プログラム全体を管理する。

• 日本の学習者により良い学習体験を提供するため、様々なプロジェクトをリードする。

• 教育プログラムの企画・運営・分析を通じて、教育の効果を最大化する。

• 学習プラットフォームの構築、AIハッカソンやワークショップの企画運営、またこれらを通じて、優秀な人材プールのマネジメントを通じて、AI 教育エコシステムをつくる

• 教育プログラムを通じてUpstageの事業成長のためのマーケティング戦略を企画・実施し、AIテクノロジーの価値を多くの人に伝え、ポジティブな変化を創出する。

• パートナー/クライアントを含む様々なステークホルダーや意思決定者間のコミュニケーションを円滑に行う。
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks related to educational programs, such as planning and operating educational programs and analyzing performance

• Identify areas for improvement and managing educational effectiveness through satisfaction survey analysis after educational operation

• Define requirements for developing and operating an education platform, and enhance the platform through collaboration with the development team

• Discover and manage a pool of excellent talents such as instructors and mentors, and plan and conduct related events

• Develop and implement educational program promotion strategies

業務内容：

• 教育プログラムの企画・運営・分析など、教育プログラムに関する全般業務を行う。

• 教育プログラム運営後の満足度調査を通じて、改善点を抽出し、教育効果を管理する。

• 教育プラットフォームの開発・運営に必要な要件を定義し、開発チームと連携してプラットフォームを強化する。

• 講師やメンターなど優秀な人材の発掘・管理、関連イベントの企画・実施を行う。

• 教育プログラムのプロモーション戦略を策定し、実施する。

Minimum Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of experience in working with various organizations and operating businesses as a project/program manager (please list the period of experience separately when writing the application) and/or relevant B2B marketing experience  

• Ability to communicate smoothly and collaborate with various stakeholders

• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing technological environment and work in a dynamic environment

• Ability to analyze program performance and issues and suggest solutions

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency

必須要件: 

• 5年以上のプロジェクト/プログラムマネージャーとして様々な組織や事業運営に携わった経験、または、B2Bマーケティング経験

• 様々なステークホルダーと協働するための、円滑なコミュニケーション力

• 急速に変化する技術環境への適応力、およびダイナミックな環境における業務遂行力

• プログラムのパフォーマンスや課題の分析力、および解決策の提案力

• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル以上

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in overall management and operation of educational programs (e.g., experience in planning educational content and operating LMS)

• Experience in conducting education-related lectures, coaching, and mentoring

• Direct/indirect experience with AI and cloud education programs or possess AI-related knowledge

• Experience in managing government-sponsored education projects

• High level of understanding of AI/SW recruitment market and business
