The Digital Marketing Strategy Specialist at Upstage plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that optimize customer online experiences, enhance brand awareness, and boost customer engagement. This position focuses on leveraging various digital marketing channels such as websites, social media, email marketing, content marketing, growth hacking, SEO strategies, and digital advertising campaigns to drive customer engagement and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Developing and Executing Digital Marketing Strategies

  • Formulate and implement digital marketing plans aligned with the company's business goals and marketing strategies.

  • Provide tailored digital experiences based on the customer journey to increase engagement and conversions.

  • Establish data-driven growth hacking strategies to enhance business performance.

2. Content Marketing

  • Design and produce customized content to stimulate lead generation, considering the customer funnel.

  • Leverage diverse content formats such as blogs, videos, and infographics to strengthen communication with customers.

3. Website Management and Optimization

  • Continuously optimize website design, content, and user experience to boost customer satisfaction.

  • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Devise and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine optimization, thereby enhancing traffic and conversion rates.

4. Data Analysis and Insight Generation

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing activities to derive strategic insights.

  • Propose improvements to marketing strategies based on customer behavior and data analysis.

5. Trend Monitoring and Adoption of New Technologies

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and implement them as appropriate.
